What initially inspired you to become an artist, and how did you develop your unique style?

I have always had a deep appreciation for the power of visual expression. From an early age, I have found solace and pleasure in creating art. The ability to convey emotions, stories, and thoughts through brush strokes and colors has always fascinated me. I simply paint subjects that possess a subtle, captivating beauty with consistency which has helped me acquire my art style.

In terms of subject matter, what themes or motifs do you frequently explore in your work, and what draws you to these topics?

I find inspiration in nouveau art, filigree and sacral patterns, Arabic letters and everything that represents sinuosity and beauty. Whether it's the beauty of nature, the complexities of human emotions or the exploration of cultural identity, these themes resonate with me deeply and often find their way into my paintings.

Could you please tell us more about your journey with art and Arabic calligraphy, and what draws you specifically towards Islamic art and Quranic verses?

Growing up in the sacred city of Madinah, I was inherently exposed to the beauty and significance of Arabic calligraphy. In 2019, my passion for this expressive art reached new heights, deepening my adoration for its intricate beauty. Through this art, I have been able to transform Quranic verses into visually captivating artworks. These creations are considered a reflection of divine beauty and are believed to hold the literal word of the Lord. This notion draws me to immerse myself in the world of Islamic art.

How do you stay connected with other artists and keep up with new developments and trends in the art world?

I tend to find solace in my personal space, where I dedicate myself to the creation and preservation of art.

How do you incorporate feedback from critics and audiences into your artistic practice, and how do you balance this feedback with your own artistic intuition?

I approach criticism with an open mind, reflect, and consider the feedback that aligns with my artistic vision.

How do you stay motivated and inspired despite any setbacks or creative blocks you may encounter?

I take a break and stay away from art for a short period which helps me to clear my mind and provides a fresh prospective.

How do you feel about exhibiting your artworks with The Holy Art Gallery?

I am thrilled about the opportunity to showcase my work in The Holy Art Gallery. It's an incredible chance to share my creations and establish a meaningful connection between myself and the viewers. I am excited to see how my art will resonate with the audience and contribute to the gallery's artistic atmosphere.

Looking ahead, what are your long-term goals and aspirations as an artist, and how do you plan to achieve them?

My long-term goals and aspirations as an artist are to continue developing my artistic skills and expanding my creative horizons. I hope to explore and express the allure found in even the simplest objects through my artwork.

To achieve these goals, I plan to dedicate consistent time to practice and experimentation. I hope to participate in more exhibitions and collaborate with other artists to gain fresh perspectives and insights.
