AMY ANG ART

Amy is a Zurich-based artist whose vibrant acrylic and mixed media works are a heartfelt exploration of identity, connection and shared humanity. Drawing inspiration from her Singaporean roots and global travels, Amy’s art reflects a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, human relationships, and the inner dialogues we have with ourselves. Her work oscillates between the personal and the collective, blending joyful expression with meaningful commentary. Through her art, Amy seeks to foster connection—both within individuals as they reflect on her pieces and among communities that come together around shared themes of resilience, empathy, and empowerment. Since beginning her art career in Switzerland, Amy has exhibited widely across Zurich, Andermatt, and internationally, with digital showcases in London and Madrid. A strong believer in using art for impact, she has also supported humanitarian causes through her creative practice.

Artist Statement

Art is my voice. It is how I process the world, express myself, and spark the connections that make us

human. Through my practice, I explore the intersection of identity—who we are as individuals—and

connection, both to ourselves and the communities around us. My work is a journey inward, to

understand my own stories and struggles, and outward, to engage with the shared experiences that

bind us together.
